American Pizza Championships and USPT Trials

It's that time of year again folks, time to break out your best pie and dazzle us with your pizza spinning skills. This years competitions will be held at the IBIE Show in Las Vegas.

This year will see the return of the Gluten-Free category as well as the Traditional category. Other events will include Fastest Pizza Making, Largest Dough, Box Folding and of course Freestyle Acrobatics.

The U.S. Pizza Team was established in 2000 as a vehicle to further promote the pizza industry and independent pizzerias through friendly competition; live and televised performances; team and individual appearances; and more. Team members gain a sense of camaraderie with fellow pizzaioli, which indirectly affects their stores-and their customers-in a positive way.
