Jon Garland is a classically trained chef and co-owner of Saccone’s Pizza in Austin, Tx. In 2023, he won the Tandem Team Competition for the American Division at the World Pizza Games.

Teaming up with Spencer Glenn of Pizza My Heart in Pacific Grove, Calif., another former champion.
