The 2017 Northeast Gourmet Pizza Trials will take place on Sunday, September 17th at Samosky’s Homestyle Pizzeria. The Grand Prize will be a trip to Italy to compete on the U.S. Pizza Team in the 2018 World Pizza Championships in Parma, Italy.
The competition will be a Gourmet style pizza. All sauces and ingredients are allowed. Each competitor will make only one pizza to present to the judges. Ovens available will be a custom b
uilt wood fired oven and a Blodgett conveyor oven. This event is open to all pizzaiolos from across the country. Only 20 spots available and they are going fast! Don’t miss your opportunity to compete among the best of the best in the pizza world!
