$8739.64 Raised For Hurricane Victims!

Members of the United States Pizza Team (USPT) held a multistate fundraising drive Thursday, September 7, to help victims of Hurricane Harvey. Twenty-four USPT members with a total of 37 locations collectively raised $8,739.64 in the “Pizza with a Purpose” fundraiser. The members donated $2 for every pizza sold in their establishments to the Houston Food Bank. The nonprofit was chosen to ensure that the money is used locally and benefits as many needy residents as possible.

“I’m very proud of my team.” USPT coordinator Brian Hernandez said. “The generosity of pizza operators is second to none. The USPT was able to raise a lot of money that will do a lot of good in Texas.”
