Chefs,
At Chefs Feeding Kids (CFK), our mission is clear: Feed – Educate – Train – Employ.
The fight against childhood food insecurity is urgent. 1 in 5 kids in the United States does not know where their next meal will come from (Feeding America, 2024).
We can not do this alone. As culinarians, we are charged with being selfless with our knowledge, sharing what we have learned, and inspiring the next generation.
With just a simple cup of flour, we show kids how to turn it into pasta or pizza — proof that a full belly is within their reach. Along the way, they gain confidence that they can provide for themselves, feed their families, and even imagine a future culinary career.
CFK is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, and every time we run a free culinary class for kids ages 9–18, we are offering more than food. We are offering opportunity, skills, and hope.

About the Chef Ambassador Program
As a Chef Ambassador, you are the heart of CFK. Here’s how we support you:
One class per year – we ask for just one commitment annually. If you can do more, you rock!
Kid-friendly cuisine – pasta, pizza, or your own recipe to engage children.
Nutrition education – teaching kids about healthy eating.
Administration + ticketing system – we handle scheduling, sign-ups, and issue tickets. Kids and parents are notified automatically, and you’ll know exactly how many are registered. No surprises on class size.
Ingredients provided – we work with our corporate sponsors to cover ingredients, so your only donation is your time.
Donated locations – classes are hosted in community spaces or even your own restaurant.
Flexible scheduling – Saturdays tend to draw the most attendance, but if you can fill a class through your own network on another day, that’s great too.
Curriculum + resources – we provide age-appropriate lesson plans, recipes, and educational materials.
Logistics & branded materials – aprons, recipe cards, and digital assets to support your class.
Community & feedback – connect with other Ambassadors, share ideas, and help us improve through post-class feedback.
Your role is to bring your culinary expertise, passion, and mentorship. We do the rest.
