INGREDIENTS
350g Dough ball
120g Diced fresh mozzarella
100g Savory Mascarpone (Mascarpone, Ricotta, Sea Salt, Oregano, Thyme & Rosemary)
75g Roasted corn
30g Sweety drop peppers
40g Melinda’s Hot Sauce
5g Cilantro
45g Cotija Cheese
DIRECTIONS
First, stretch your dough out to 14” and lay down you diced mozzarella. With a pastry bag, add a spiral of your savory mascarpone, followed by your roasted corn and sweety drop peppers. This recipe calls for a wood fired oven with temperature of 850°-900°. Adjust your recipe for your own oven as needed. Bake your pizza in your oven until the crust and toppings are fully baked. After the bake, remove the pizza from the oven and add your Melinda’s Hot Sauce, cilantro and cotija cheese for maximum visual appeal.
