California Dream Pies: The 2025 California Pizza Challenge Wrap-Up
The dough flew, the cheese melted, and champions rose at the 2025 California Pizza Challenge, sponsored by Real California Milk! Hosted at the Anaheim Convention Center alongside the Pizza Tomorrow Summit and California Restaurant Show, this three-day gauntlet brought pizzaioli from across the U.S. together to battle for speed, style, flavor, and the ultimate prize—a golden ticket to Italy.

Day 2: Pizza in the Pan, Young Pizza Maker (ages 14–17) & Fastest Pie Maker
