Thank you for lending your gastronomical fortitude to the REAL California Pizza Challenge! Please select the category or categories you would prefer to judge below. We’ll do our best to honor everyone’s choices, but final assignments will depend on the number of competitors, judges available and the needs of each competition.
If assigned to a category, please plan to commit to the entire competition day, approximately 9 a.m.–4 p.m. on Sunday and Monday, and 9 a.m.–3 p.m. on Tuesday. Depending on the number of competitors, be prepared to sample approximately 16–30 slices throughout the day. If any category receives an especially large field, we may divide judging between two separate panels. The one most likely to split would be Non-Traditional. We will take palate fatigue into consideration when assigning judging to all categories.
