Dominic’s Italian Restaurant and the U.S Pizza Team will be hosting the nations top pizza makers in both Classico (Non-Traditional) and Pizza in the Pan events. U.S. Pizza Team Premiere member Tore Trupiano, co-owner of Dominic’s Italian Restaurant in Oceanside, CA. says “Being a member of this team has afforded us numerous opportunities, and we definitely want to pass that along to the next generation of great pizza makers. This is how the industry grows, the exchange of ideas”.
Events for the West Coast Pizza Cup will be the Classico division, which has no restrictions on sauce or toppings, but must be round, and cooked on a screen or on the stone.
