US Pizza Team member Rico Lunardi of Slice on Broadway in Pittsburgh, Penn. not only makes some of the best pizza in the city, 
he’s also a pizza fan! Using some of his favorite cheeses from USPT Platinum Sponsor Galbani Professionale, Lunardi demonstrates his “Rico’s Favorite” slice, featured on the Slice on Broadway menu.
To make this Steel City staple, yinz are gonna need:
1-20oz Pizza dough
2 tbsp. Magic Garlic Mix (Garlic, Oregano, Parsley, Salt, Pepper)
2 tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO)
10 oz. Galbani Premio Shredded Mozzarella & Provolone Blend (60/40)
3 oz. Pizza sauce
3 oz. Cup and Char pepperoni
2 oz. Fresh roasted banana peppers
3 oz. Galbani Fresh Mozzarella
Dust your peel with semolina and open up your crust to 16″. Sprinkle your Magic Garlic on the crust then drizzle with some EVOO.
Add your Galbani Premio Shreds/Provolone blend, roasted banana peppers and pepperoni. Then add some stripes of your red sauce across the pizza. Finally add your Galbani Fresh Mozzarella then place in your oven at 550° for 7-8 minutes.
