To make this melty masterpiece, you will need:
16 oz. Doughball (14″ pan)
4 oz. Garlic butter sauce
1.5 oz. Galbani Grated Parmesan Cheese
1.5 oz. Galbani Professionale Crumbled Blue Cheese
2 oz. Galbani Cheddar/Monterey Jack Blend
1 oz. Black Diamond Grand Reserve Cheddar
6 oz. Galbani Premio Shredded Mozzarella & Provolone 50/50 Blend
2 oz. Galbani Ricotta
Fresh Basil (chiffonade)
Spread your dough out in a 14″ pan. Press the edges into the wall to create a crimp. Next, add your garlic butter sauce and brush evenly across the crust and dust with your Galbani Parmesan cheese.
Add your 50/50 Galbani Mozz/provolone blend then place in your oven . Bake at 550° for about 7-8 minutes, or until the cheese is melted to perfection.
After the pie is baked, cut your pizza, then dust with a little more grated Parmesan. Pipe on some of your cool ricotta, then top with you chiffonade basil, and THAT….is your Ultimate Cheese Pizza.
