Jimmy Gadd, Goodfellas Pizzeria, Cincinnati, OH.

Jimmy started spinning dough in 2015 as an entry level line worker with Goodfellas Pizzeria in Covington KY. Very quickly learned the ropes from a couple of MADE GUYS who had been tossing for a few years. Seeing the potential and future of the company he decided to dig in!! As of today he is responsible in helping open 7/10 locations for the Two Independent owners with Italian New York roots. Jimmy has Trained tons of employees helped develop a training program and now oversees the Cincinnati Market. He has a passion for training people to toss dough from the very beginning. Goodfellas gave Jimmy a second chance and as of July 22 he will be celebrating 7 years of sobriety, he is very active in local recovery programs putting his hand out to help those that seek help.
